We’ve partnered with Samako Cleaning, a fast-scaling DTC brand in the home care space, now looking to hire a Head of Growth to lead their next stage of scale.

The Role


The Head of Growth will own the full growth engine - spanning acquisition, conversion and retention.


This is a true build + scale role.


You will take fragmented growth activity and turn it into a structured, systemised and predictable engine, connecting performance marketing, eCommerce and CRM into one unified model.


You are not just managing channels — you are designing how growth works across the business.


Responsibilities


  • Own and lead the full-funnel growth strategy (acquisition, CRO, retention)
  • Connect paid media, eCommerce and CRM into one cohesive system
  • Identify and prioritise highest-impact growth levers across the funnel
  • Build and implement structured experimentation frameworks
  • Drive improvements across conversion, AOV, retention and LTV
  • Own growth forecasting, reporting and performance visibility across the funnel
  • Translate data into clear, actionable growth initiatives
  • Identify bottlenecks across the customer journey and remove them
  • Align cross-functional teams around shared growth objectives
  • Drive a culture of testing, iteration and continuous improvement


Day to Day


  • Reviewing performance across acquisition, site and lifecycle
  • Identifying inefficiencies and growth opportunities across the funnel
  • Running structured testing across creative, landing pages and retention flows
  • Working closely with eCommerce and CRM to improve conversion + LTV
  • Leading weekly reporting and performance reviews with leadership
  • Driving execution across multiple growth initiatives simultaneously


Requirements


  • Proven experience scaling growth in a DTC / eCommerce business
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel growth (acquisition → retention)
  • Experience working across performance marketing, CRO and lifecycle
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into action
  • Experience building or working within experimentation frameworks
  • Strong commercial understanding of CAC, LTV, CVR, AOV
  • Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, product and ops
  • Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
