We are supporting a well-established financial institution, known for delivering high-quality banking services to institutional clients. With a strong focus on governance, risk, and regulatory excellence, they are looking to appoint a Head of Compliance & AML to lead their compliance function.

🧩 About the Role:
As Head of Compliance & AML, you will act as the independent second line of defence, ensuring full adherence to AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
You will:
- Lead and oversee all compliance and AML frameworks
- Act as the designated AML Officer.
- Develop internal policies and governance structures
- Manage relationships with regulators and external stakeholders
- Oversee compliance reporting and risk assessments
✅ Requirements:
- Law degree (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 5 years’ compliance experience within a recognised institution.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss and international AML/CTF regulations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
➕ Nice to Have:
- Previous AML Officer designation
- FINMA exposure highly desirable
- Experience with compliance tools
