Role Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured market research interview on AI contact center solutions
- Share insights on vendor evaluation, product selection, and decision-making processes
- Provide feedback on AI contact center tools, including Genesys AVA
- Discuss alternatives considered and overall product experience
- Contribute expert perspectives to support research and analysis
Requirements
- Strong experience in customer experience, contact center, or related leadership roles
- Strong experience evaluating or using AI contact center solutions
- Familiarity with vendor selection, product evaluation, and implementation processes
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate insights and feedback
- Experience in roles such as CX leadership, contact center management, or similar
