- This freelance position will run until August 2026 and will be fully remote.
- Pay Rate: $27/HR
- Execute production, iteration, and delivery of final creative assets under the direction of the Production Design team
- Meet all assigned deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with internal partners across Creative, Marketing Operations, and Omni Creative Services teams
- Complete Production Design and Art Release work across multiple channels
- Partner with Creative and Traffic teams to ensure alignment on timelines, expectations, and final deliverables
- Receive, organize, and manage creative assets, project files, and design deliverables
- Place final retouched imagery into design files as needed
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies between supplied files
- Create multiple iterations and versions of design deliverables based on provided direction
- Review work in progress with creative partners, incorporating feedback and conducting quality checks
- Package and release final design assets to internal and external stakeholders
- Archive final files in accordance with established standards
- Maintain proper asset metadata and tagging
- 2–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, corporate or production environment (recent graduates considered)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required
- Experience working with design files in a production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within production files
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining proactive communication (e.g., via Teams)
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of workflow, asset management, and production systems is a plus
- Experience with Figma is a plus
