We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to support marketing and growth initiatives across multiple brands. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a designer who moves fast, thinks in systems, and understands that brand consistency is a business asset.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets for paid media, social, email, and web—often under tight timelines—while also serving as a brand guardrail to ensure everything that goes to market looks intentional, consistent, and on-brand.

Brand Stewardship
- Apply and uphold brand standards across all marketing assets
- Ensure visual consistency across multiple brands and campaigns
- Flag off-brand or inconsistent creative before it reaches market
- Help document and operationalize brand guidelines as the business scales
Design & Execution
- Create marketing assets for:
- Paid advertising (social, display, native)
- Organic and paid social media
- Email and lifecycle campaigns
- Web and promotional graphics
- Rapidly turn around assets for time-sensitive campaigns, including intraday requests when needed
- Resize, adapt, and optimize designs across platforms and formats
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, growth, and content teams to translate briefs and copy into strong visuals
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining brand integrity
- Partner with stakeholders who value speed, clarity, and execution
Workflow & Systems
- Build and maintain reusable templates and components in Figma and Canva
- Keep design files, libraries, and assets organized and accessible
- Improve design velocity through smart systems, not shortcuts
- 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house, agency, or both)
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Figma
- Canva (including template creation and systemized layouts)
- Experience creating assets for marketing, paid media, and social platforms
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work quickly and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment
- High attention to detail and strong visual judgment
- Experience supporting multiple brands or product lines
- Familiarity with performance marketing or conversion-focused design
- Exposure to regulated, technical, or compliance-aware industries
- Light motion or video experience (optional, not required)
- Marketing assets ship quickly and consistently without visual drift
- Stakeholders trust you to execute cleanly and independently
- Brand standards are upheld even under tight deadlines
- Design output scales smoothly as marketing activity increases
