Role Overview:
The Global OPEX Manager will drive operational excellence initiatives across a multi-site CDMO network, embedding Lean principles, improving performance, and strengthening a culture of continuous improvement. This role partners with Site Leadership, MSAT, Quality, and Supply Chain to enhance productivity, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining GMP compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deploy global Lean / Six Sigma strategy across manufacturing sites
- Drive performance improvement initiatives (yield, cycle time, deviation reduction, OTIF)
- Standardize KPIs and implement visual performance management frameworks
- Coach and develop site OPEX champions and CI teams
- Support capacity expansion, tech transfer optimization, and operational readiness programs
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities aligned with business strategy
Profile:
- 8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing (CDMO preferred)
- Strong background in GMP-regulated environments
- Proven track record delivering measurable operational improvements
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills
- Willingness to travel globally
