Elevenate is a premium skiwear brand founded in Åre, Sweden. We design, manufacture and distribute technical apparel for committed skiers — built for real mountain conditions, shaped by Scandinavian design restraint, and trusted by a global community who organise their lives around time on snow.
We are now expanding our commercial team to accelerate profitable growth across our priority markets.
The role
We are looking for a Global Head of Wholesale to own and run our global wholesale channel. You will set the strategy, build the partner network, and do the selling — moving between the desk, the road, and the showroom floor as each season requires.
This is a senior commercial role at a brand where the product speaks for itself. The sales job is earning it the right retail environments, with the right partners, in the markets that matter.
What you'll own
- The wholesale channel end-to-end: revenue, profitability, and partner relationships
- Global distribution strategy and market coverage
- Channel alignment with our wider commercial system (retail, e-commerce, brand)
- Partner selection, prioritisation, and account management
- Channel policies — pricing architecture, minimum order requirements, exclusivity terms
- Trade terms, contracts, and agent agreements
- The wholesale budget across partner costs, trade activities, and market development
What you'll do
- Develop and execute a global wholesale strategy aligned with Elevenate's long-term objectives
- Build and deepen relationships with key accounts, anchoring Elevenate in the right premium retailers
- Identify and secure new wholesale partners, with a primary focus on DACH, the USA, and Sweden
- Run the selling season hands-on: pre-order meetings, reorders, and in-person customer appointments
- Visit accounts regularly to ensure brand presentation standards and deliver seasonal product training
- Negotiate and manage trade terms across accounts and agents
What we're looking for
- Proven leadership in wholesale sales, ideally in skiwear or the broader outdoor industry
- A strong, active network across the DACH and USA wholesale markets
- Someone who lives by "every day is a selling day" — and isn't afraid to do the groundwork
- A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a sharp commercial instinct for where the brand should be, and where it shouldn't
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to forecasting, sell-through, and market planning
- A track record of building high-value, long-term retail partnerships
- Genuine respect for craftsmanship, sustainability, and brand storytelling
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English is required. German or French is a strong plus.
