Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, specifically in building mobile-first, customer-facing progressive web applications (PWA).
- Proven experience in leading and supervising engineering teams.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Experience with frameworks such as Next.js or React Router.
- Hands-on experience with component libraries like Storybook.
- Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization and responsive design principles.
- Experience in technical architecture design and evaluating technological solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Provide technical leadership by guiding frontend architecture decisions and best practices.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance player-facing features using TypeScript, React, and related technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into polished, responsive interfaces.
- Implement performance optimization techniques to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions across devices.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, actively participate in code reviews, and uphold quality standards.
- Coordinate with backend, product, and QA teams to ensure alignment on feature requirements, timelines, and technical feasibility.
