- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude towards resolving inquiries
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
