Join a dynamic environment focused on elevating creators' brands through engaging Instagram Reels content. This role centers on editing and posting high-quality picture reels, tracking engagement across multiple reel types, and supporting content strategy for creator accounts. You will play a key part in analyzing trends, generating new content ideas, and providing actionable feedback to creators to optimize their social media presence.

Deliverables

• Edit and upload visually compelling Instagram Reels using provided assets and creative direction.
• Track and report engagement metrics for 2-3 different reel types per account.
• Research and analyze top-performing reels across various creator niches to identify trends and best practices.
• Generate fresh content ideas and contribute to a weekly content schedule.
• Provide constructive feedback to creators to enhance reel performance and audience engagement.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience editing Instagram Reels or similar short-form video content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram’s platform, trends, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and content ideation.
• Excellent communication skills for providing feedback and collaborating with creators.
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools and basic analytics platforms.
• Availability for a full-time contract position; remote work is acceptable.
