- Art direction and visual concept development for the workbook/journal
- Complete page layout design for print and eBook versions
- Creation or selection of supporting illustrations and images
- Preparation of print-ready and digital files according to publishing standards
- Collaboration with the author to refine visual elements and ensure alignment with the target audience
- Iterative revisions based on feedback
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of book or editorial layout projects
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Ability to create or source original illustrations relevant to homemaking and crafts
- Understanding of print and digital publishing requirements
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in a remote work environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
