We’re looking for a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our growing team. This is a highly client-facing role ideal for a proactive professional who excels at providing strategic financial analysis and reporting to a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. This Analyst will be crucial in translating financial data into strategic insights to support high-level client decision-making

What You'll Do

  • Managefull-cycle FP&A and financial reporting for a dedicated portfolio of external clients.
  • Prepare and present monthlyfinancial reports, budgets, and forecasts to client stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depthrevenue and cost analysis to drive client profitability and efficiency.
  • Serve as a key analyst supporting clients in the Real Estate, Hospitality, and Construction sectors.
  • Ensure all client financial data adheres to GAAP compliance and best practices.
  • Support year-end close, tax preparation, and audit readiness for client entities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or corporate reporting
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., advanced formulas, financial modeling).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is aplus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP or IFRS.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are essential.
