Position: FP&A Analyst
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $110K - $150K/yr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive business performance.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for scenario analysis and decision-making.
- Analyze operational and financial data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and influence strategy.
- Prepare and present clear financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on driving growth and operational efficiency.
