- Support the founders in strategic planning and decision-making processes by preparing presentations, reports, and business plans.
- Develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies, incorporating community engagement on channels like Discord and Whatsapp
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, support sales activities, and analyze marketing and sales performance.
- Create and edit blog posts, landing pages, social media posts, whitepapers, and newsletters.
- Conceptualize and implement content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok.
- Assisting with the implementation and optimization of automation using HubSpot, Zapier, and other tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and foster business relationships.
- You are at the beginning of your career (recent graduate or similar) and want to learn how a company is built from the ground up. (Internship option available). We welcome applicants from all educational backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills combined with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Drive to learn, with a willingness to make and admit mistakes.
- Interest in fintech, generative AI, and automation.
- Openness to learning new tools, methods and software.
- First professional experiences that demonstrate these qualifications.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and community-building tools.
- At least C1 level of German is essential for our target market; English is our internal language.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate, though remote work is a considerable option.
