Key Responsibilities

• Support the founders in strategic planning and decision-making processes by preparing presentations, reports, and business plans.
• Develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies, incorporating community engagement on channels like Discord and Whatsapp
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, support sales activities, and analyze marketing and sales performance.
• Create and edit blog posts, landing pages, social media posts, whitepapers, and newsletters.
• Conceptualize and implement content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok.
• Assisting with the implementation and optimization of automation using HubSpot, Zapier, and other tools.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and foster business relationships.
  
  

Qualifications

• You are at the beginning of your career (recent graduate or similar) and want to learn how a company is built from the ground up. (Internship option available). We welcome applicants from all educational backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills combined with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills.
• Drive to learn, with a willingness to make and admit mistakes.
• Interest in fintech, generative AI, and automation.
• Openness to learning new tools, methods and software.
• First professional experiences that demonstrate these qualifications.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and community-building tools.
• At least C1 level of German is essential for our target market; English is our internal language.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate, though remote work is a considerable option.
• Passion for mika’s mission to unburden small businesses from bureaucracy
