Position: Finance Specialist Microsoft Office
Type: Contract
Compensation: $63 - $119/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Apply advanced finance analysis skills to evaluate and annotate various financial scenarios and data sets.
- Review, edit, and generate financial reports drawing on real-world experience with financial documentation.
- Leverage Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to create, validate, and enhance financial documentation and training data.
- Audit and validate financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability for AI model development.
- Identify and recommend process improvements based on best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate remotely with the customer's team, providing clear written and verbal communication to share findings and insights.
Requirements
- Have a minimum of of experience in finance-related positions, preferably in financial analysis or reporting roles.
- Possess an educational background in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Have expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace: Docs, Spreadsheets, and Slides.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform rigorous data validation and quality control.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for remote teamwork.
