- Watch short film and video clips, then break them down into clear, structured visual beats
- Describe camera movement, framing, pacing, blocking, and overall mood with precision
- Communicate tone and emotional atmosphere using purely visual indicators — no dialogue references
- Follow standardized formatting guidelines for scene summaries and beat-by-beat breakdowns
- Re-watch clips as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain consistency and quality across a high volume of scene descriptions
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Genuine interest in film, television, or visual storytelling
- Ability to observe and articulate what's happening on screen in clear, vivid language
- Strong structured writing skills with an eye for detail and consistency
- Comfortable re-watching clips to capture every nuance
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No professional film, media, or AI experience required
- Background in film studies, media, creative writing, or visual arts
- Experience with screenwriting, shot analysis, or film criticism
- Familiarity with cinematography concepts such as shot types, angles, and editing rhythms
