What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage scheduling for Core Leadership Team (CLT) executive(s) and prioritize time for internal and client meetings
  • Draft and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of CLT executive(s)
  • Screen incoming emails to ensure proper routing for CLT executive(s)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking and confirming travel, while being available for schedule changes
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and materials

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 6-9 years of proven administrative or assistant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
