- Screen incoming emails to ensure proper routing for CLT executive(s)
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking and confirming travel, while being available for schedule changes
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and materials
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 6-9 years of proven administrative or assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with online travel-booking systems
- Understanding of corporate travel and expense policies
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with high accuracy
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Highest degree of professionalism and confidentiality
