- Provide top-level executive support to the Founder/CEO, including heavy calendar management and travel coordination
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling issues, managing appointments across multiple time zones
- Drive administrative tasks such as correspondence, drafting documents, and organizing files
- Act as a liaison between the executive and key business partners to facilitate effective communication
- Coordinate the logistics for onsite and offsite meetings and special events
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience providing executive administrative support, particularly in early-stage startups
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience supporting a Founder/CEO
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating dependability and a positive attitude
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving
- A proactive and efficiency-oriented approach to tasks
- Strong collaboration skills with other executive assistants
- High ethical standards and integrity in professional conduct
