Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent time management, discretion, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Handle email correspondence and prioritize communications
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and expense reports (if required)
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support project coordination and follow-ups on key initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Zoom)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- High level of professionalism and discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.)
- Knowledge of UK business practices and time zone coordination
- Experience in a remote or international work environment
