Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in complex administrative support or executive assistance.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Professional presence with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, and executive materials in collaboration with the Chief of Staff.
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Manage high-level engagements such as dinners, luncheons, and meetings with key stakeholders, regulators, shareholders, and employees.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, ensuring all materials and follow-up actions are completed timely.
- Assist in tracking action items, deadlines, and ensuring follow-through on executive activities.
- Support process improvements related to executive workflows, communication protocols, and meeting cadences.
- Provide limited administrative assistance to other members of the executive leadership team as needed.
- Support the logistics and preparation for board meetings and other special events.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and location.
