Location: UK-Based (Remote)

Working Pattern: Part-Time (flexible, approx. 20–25 hours per week)

Salary: Competitive (pro rata, dependent on experience)

The Opportunity

My client is a growing, international wealth management and financial planning business, providing specialist advice and investment solutions to private clients, including expatriates.


They are seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is a fully remote, part-time role suited to someone with prior experience in the wealth management or financial services sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate client meetings, including preparation of documentation and follow-ups
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams, advisers, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and client communications
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Support business operations, including project coordination and ad hoc tasks


Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant within wealth management, financial planning, or investment management
  • Strong understanding of financial services terminology and client processes (e.g. pensions, investments, financial advice)
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders (e.g. Directors, Partners, or Advisors)
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems


Desirable Experience

  • Background supporting UK-qualified financial advisers or IFAs
  • Experience working with high-net-worth or expatriate clients
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory environments in financial services
  • Experience in a remote or international business environment
