Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. In this role, you will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and handle confidential information while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing as needed
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
