Summary:
We are hiring an Executive Assistant/Business Support Specialist to drive operational excellence within our client's Global Delivery & Workforce Planning organization. This role supports senior leadership across business governance, financial operations, and executive administration, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and high-quality execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and prioritize schedules aligned to business needs
- Support leadership cadence (LT meetings, MBRs) including materials and follow-ups
- Handle financial operations such as budget tracking, PO management, and expenses
- Coordinate events (All Hands, offsites, leadership meetings) end-to-end
- Prepare executive communications, presentations, and internal content
- Support onboarding, hiring processes, and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide administrative support including travel, meetings, and logistics
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience supporting senior leadership
- Strong experience managing calendars, events, and executive operations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to create executive-ready content
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience managing budgets (events, travel, training, etc.)
- Experience supporting leadership teams in global organizations
- Exposure to cadence management and financial operations
