About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Development Associate/Executive Support professional based in Los Angeles to join our team. This hybrid role combines traditional executive support with creative and business development responsibilities. You will play a vital role in supporting our CEO by managing daily priorities, communications, and special initiatives, while also contributing to early-stage business development activities. Your responsibilities will include streamlining operations, coordinating meetings and events, managing key communications, and assisting the BD team with research, outreach, and lead management to help expand our client base. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership within the dynamic gaming industry, providing both strategic support and growth-oriented functions. Regular on-site presence at the CEO’s office in Los Angeles is required, along with attendance at meetings and industry events as needed.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in executive support, operations, or project coordination roles, preferably within creative, tech, or gaming environments.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand company priorities and assist in light business development functions.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and Asana.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Confident, extroverted, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the video game industry, outsourcing, trailers, or creative production industries is a plus.
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, emails, and daily schedule to ensure optimal time management.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and concise summaries for meetings and follow-ups.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and conferences, managing logistics and documentation.
- Act as a gatekeeper to protect the CEO’s bandwidth while ensuring key issues and opportunities are addressed promptly.
- Draft, edit, and review external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Support planning and execution of company-led events such as Wonder Womxn, Devoted Speakeasy, mixers, and podcasts.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, primarily game developers and publishers in North America and Europe.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring outreach notes and contact information are accurate and current.
- Support cold email and LinkedIn outreach efforts, including follow-ups and meeting scheduling.
- Prepare pitch decks and ensure BD documentation is current and comprehensive.
- Assist with conference preparations, prospect tracking, and lead handoff to the BD team.
- Track industry trends, upcoming events, and networking opportunities relevant to business growth.
- Provide occasional personal support for the CEO for logistical or personal tasks as needed.
