About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Emerging Technology Sales (ETS) leadership team, specifically the Vice President of Global Emerging Technology Sales. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of the executive’s schedule and responsibilities, acting as a key liaison between the VP and various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the VP, this position offers the flexibility of remote work within the United States. The EA will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, and supporting various administrative functions that facilitate the executive’s effectiveness. This role also involves partnering with other executive assistants, managing departmental purchases, and supporting team events and offsites. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, discretion, and a customer-service mindset, ensuring that the executive and team operate efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives
- Proven experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment requiring strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Mac and Windows operating systems, and business applications such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for meetings and events as required
- High level of initiative, accountability, tact, and independent judgment
- Experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Manage, prioritize, and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel logistics
- Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts and resolve them efficiently
- Coordinate and organize team meetings, offsites, and events, including logistics, catering, and activities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and high-level contacts
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and distribute meeting minutes and presentations as needed
- Maintain and update email aliases, distribution lists, and shared directories regularly
- Serve as the point of contact for departmental purchases and work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely bill payments
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive or team
- Assist in managing the operating rhythm and cadence for the ETS leadership team
- Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders
