- Screen, manage, and respond to emails and incoming communications for the CEO
- Provide executive administrative support by preparing analyses and documentation for projects
- Organize meetings and report back to the CEO on priorities and outcomes
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
- At least 10 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in developing client-ready presentations and materials
