What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Act as gatekeeper to the Producer, managing priorities and maintaining a complex calendar
  • Arrange corporate travel and meetings, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodations
  • Coordinate logistics for all appointments, meetings, and conference calls
  • Prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings, ensuring successful outcomes
  • Handle confidential business matters and manage special assignments independently

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in Financial Services or Insurance
  • Proven expert-level communication skills and strong decision-making ability
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while interacting professionally and diplomatically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in a similar role within the Financial Services or Insurance industry
  • Familiarity with marketing campaigns and coordination
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication between departments
