What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
  • Screen, manage, and respond to emails and communications for the CEO
  • Provide executive administrative support for projects and prepare necessary documentation
  • Organize meetings and compile agendas and minutes as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • At least 10 years of administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience developing presentations and materials for executive management
  • Proven ability to handle critical deadlines and work independently
  • Familiarity with task management software
