What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Act as a gatekeeper for the Producer, managing priorities and communications
  • Maintain a complex and frequently changing calendar
  • Arrange corporate travel, meetings, and logistics for appointments
  • Prepare and review materials for meetings, including presentations and correspondence
  • Handle confidential business matters and manage personal tasks as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in Financial Services or Insurance
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
