Job Title: Executive Assistant II

Location: 100% Remote- EST preferred

Contract: 6+ Months


Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to support three of our executives.


The Role & Key Responsibilities:

Provide sophisticated administrative support within a fast-paced, global environment. Your day-to-day will involve:

-Calendar & Meeting Management: Managing complex Google Calendars by vetting, prioritizing, and making judgment calls based on rapidly shifting priorities. Superior organizational skills and great follow through on tasks.

-Travel & Logistics: Coordinating detailed domestic travel arrangements

-Operational Support: Processing expenses, managing team meetings, and overseeing team morale budgets with high attention to detail.

-Problem Solving: Resolving administrative issues before they arise and taking ownership of ambiguous tasks with little oversight.

-Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Calendar and experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations.

-Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners. Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

-Complex Calendar Governance: Vetting, prioritizing, and managing Google Calendars while making high-level judgment calls on shifting priorities.

-Logistics & Operational Management: Coordinating detailed domestic travel and managing financial administrative tasks like expense reports and morale budgets.

-Proactive Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving administrative bottlenecks before they escalate, often with little to no oversight.

-Advanced Technical Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of Google Calendar and experience navigating complex, matrixed corporate environments.

-High-Stakes Discretion: A proven track record of handling confidential and non-routine information with absolute integrity.

-Adaptability & Pressure Management: The ability to work across multiple time zones and deliver results quickly while remaining calm in a high-pressure environment.
