About The Role

Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to follow through and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Trustworthy with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Highest level of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion
- Comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels, especially senior leadership
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent judgment and resourcefulness
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive approach
- Knowledge of general business, corporate, and government cultures
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Previous experience supporting senior executives preferred
- Support the scheduling and coordination of complex, in-person and virtual Board meetings, including managing high-volume domestic and international travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodations
- Liaise closely with internal executive assistants to coordinate meeting logistics and scheduling needs
- Track and follow up on requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely responses from senior executives
- Prepare and maintain briefing materials, talking points, and presentation documents for meetings and speaking engagements
- Maintain an extremely detailed calendar, managing related logistics and ensuring all commitments are met
- Process expense reports and reimbursements for directors in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with Board and Director-related tasks such as correspondence, file organization, research, and archiving
- Interact professionally and effectively with senior business leaders both in person and through written communication
- Provide support to team members as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit
- Maintain a thorough understanding of firm policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
