This is a full-time remote position for an Executive Administrator. The Executive Administrator will support leadership by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing events. Responsibilities include maintaining records, optimizing workflows, drafting documentation, and liaising with members and external stakeholders. The role requires collaborative support across teams, monitoring and improving operational processes, and handling confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in scheduling, calendar management, and organizing executive-level meetings
- Strong administrative skills, including document preparation, record-keeping, and task prioritization
- Interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in technology tools such as email platforms, project management software, and MS Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with organization and attention to detail
- Previous experience in supporting executives or managing operations in a startup or community setting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
