The organization is seeking a highly organized Events & Marketing Coordinator to join its Marketing team. This role will support the execution of the company’s event programs by managing logistics, vendor coordination, webinar operations, and event materials to ensure seamless delivery of both in-person and digital experiences.
The company is seeking a highly organized Events & Marketing Coordinator to support the operational execution of its growing event program. In this role, you will partner closely with the Manager of Events & Experiences to coordinate logistics, manage vendors, oversee materials and shipping, and execute the webinar program.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing complex events to life through detailed coordination and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for in-person events, conferences, and field marketing programs
- Maintain event calendars, project timelines, and internal systems
- Provide day-of support for both virtual and in-person events
- Manage internal event documentation and communication
- Track event expenses, ensuring invoices and receipts are organized and up to date
- Manage event inventory, including booth assets, swag, and printed materials
- Coordinate shipping and delivery of materials before and after events
- Ensure all materials arrive on time and in excellent condition
- Support end-to-end execution of the company’s webinar program
- Build and manage registration pages and attendee workflows within webinar platforms
- Oversee attendee communications, including reminders and follow-ups
- Provide live webinar support and manage participant engagement
- Coordinate post-event materials and distribution
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or a related role (B2B or SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability to tie event efforts to measurable outcomes
- Experience coordinating webinars, trade shows, or customer events
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to work effectively across time zones in a global environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with event tools, Notion, Salesforce, and HubSpot is a plus
