Executive Branch – Private Members Club

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000K DOE

Relocation Package

Executive Branch is a private, invitation-only club in Washington, D.C.

Our programming reflects that — intimate dinners, off-the-record conversations, and thoughtfully curated gatherings that bring together people shaping business, policy, and culture.

We’re looking for an Event Coordinator who understands that details matter, discretion is essential, and execution is everything.

This isn’t a typical events role. It’s an opportunity to operate in a highly private, fast-moving environment alongside members who value professionalism, trust, and high standards.

Why Executive Branch:

• Direct exposure to a high-caliber membership of founders, decision-makers, and public figures

• A front-row seat to incredible events and moments

• A team that values accountability, discretion, and ownership

• The opportunity to grow within a fast-moving, high-standard environment

• A culture that prioritizes substance over spectacle

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of private, high-touch events from start to finish

• Coordinate closely with leadership and external partners to ensure seamless delivery

• Manage member communication with precision and discretion

• Maintain detailed run-of-shows and timelines

• Oversee event setup to ensure everything meets the club’s standards

• Provide on-site support, anticipating needs and handling issues quietly and efficiently

• Assist with post-event follow-up and internal reporting

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in events, hospitality, or a similarly demanding environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Clear, polished communication style

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt in real time

• High level of discretion and sound judgment

• Comfortable working around high-profile individuals

• Experience supporting large-scale events, including vendor sourcing and event setup

What Sets You Apart:

• You take pride in doing things well, not just getting them done

• You anticipate needs before they’re asked

• You understand the importance of discretion and consistency

• You’re comfortable in high-level environments and know how to carry yourself

• You value being part of something thoughtful, well-run, and meaningful

This role is best suited for someone who isn’t looking for the spotlight, but values being close to where things are happening—and being trusted to execute at a high level.

Please note, this is not a remote job - remote was listed for national exposure.
