Our Global Talent Program offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a formidable resume through an immersive, 10-week virtual internship.
We are actively screening thousands of top students globally to identify future equity research analysts and finance leaders. This highly selective program is offered in partnership with leading boutique research firms and advisory platforms across key markets, including the US, UK, APAC, Europe, and MENA regions.
Only two students are selected per quarter for this off-cycle, ongoing program—ensuring a focused, high-impact experience tailored to each intern.
What You'll Gain
Intensive Equity Research Training (Weeks 1–2)
The internship begins with two weeks of rigorous, in-house virtual training led by industry professionals. You will develop a strong foundation in core equity research skills, including:
- Financial Statement Analysis & Earnings Quality Assessment
- Equity Valuation Techniques (DCF, Trading Comparables)
- Financial Modeling for Forecasting (Revenue, Margins, Drivers)
- Initiating Coverage & Equity Research Report Writing
- Industry & Sector Analysis Frameworks
- Excel & PowerPoint for Research and Reporting
- Understanding Market Drivers, Catalysts & Investment Risks
Real-World Experience (Weeks 3–10)
Upon successful completion of training and assessments, you will be paired with a senior analyst, Managing Director, or Partner at one of our partner firms. Over the next eight weeks, you will contribute to live research assignments, including:
- Building and updating financial models
- Writing equity research reports (initiation, updates, earnings notes)
- Conducting deep-dive company and industry analysis
- Tracking earnings releases, news flow, and market-moving events
- Identifying key investment risks, catalysts, and valuation gaps
- Supporting idea generation (long/short investment theses)
- Assisting with client-ready research presentations
Mentorship & Feedback
Our partner firms provide a structured learning environment with at least one 30-minute weekly call focused on deliverables, feedback, and professional guidance—ensuring continuous development and practical learning.
