Acting as the primary point of contact during implementation, you will guide customers through complex deployments, aligning technical capabilities with business outcomes. This position combines hands-on project leadership with strategic advisory work in a fast-moving, highly innovative AI environment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 organizations, to ensure smooth execution and measurable value delivery. It is a high-impact role where strong communication, technical fluency, and customer empathy directly influence deployment success and long-term adoption.

Accountabilities

The Engagement Manager is responsible for leading customer implementation projects, ensuring successful adoption of AI-powered solutions, and acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the deployment lifecycle.

  • Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with scope, and achievement of defined success metrics.
  • Serve as the primary Professional Services owner for assigned customers during active deployment engagements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing best practices on platform configuration, AI capabilities, and conversational automation strategies.
  • Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with other Engagement Managers to ensure proper staffing and project execution.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of implementation methodologies and delivery standards.
  • Facilitate customer communications including kickoff meetings, status updates, and executive business reviews.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and support issue resolution under dynamic, fast-paced conditions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings experience in customer-facing delivery roles, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to confidently engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing project management, consulting, or implementation roles.
  • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to discuss APIs, platforms, and AI/automation concepts at a high level.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience leading client workshops and executive reviews.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required.
