Key Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring each interaction is professional, friendly, and helpful
• Provide detailed information about our products and services, guiding customers through their inquiries

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a multilingual setting, is preferred

• Ability to resolve issues effectively with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM platforms
