We are seeking an early-career operations professional who is interested in building, not just managing.
FieldUniverse is developing an operating layer for service businesses—bringing work, time, money, and reputation into alignment.
In many businesses, the work gets done, but the systems surrounding it do not keep pace. The result is lost revenue, inefficiency, and friction. Our focus is to solve that.
This role will work directly with the founders and will be highly hands-on.
It is not a traditional management position. It is an execution-focused role with exposure across multiple areas of the business, including:
• Operations
• Customer experience
• Process design and optimization
• Real-time problem solving
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Clear and effective communication
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Initiative and ownership
• Comfort working across both systems and people
Prior experience is less important than the ability to learn quickly and operate at a high level.
