As an Aftermarket Business Director (ABD) here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the Honeywell Aerospace Aftermarket business specific to the EMEAI commercial aircraft Market (ATR Airlines). You will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the Aftermarket business globally, for Electronic Solutions, developing and implementing strategies to grow revenue, and ensuring the successful execution of Aftermarket and selection projects. Your strategic vision and expertise in the Aerospace will drive innovation and enable Honeywell to maintain its position as a leader in the aerospace industry.
This is an exciting and dynamic role responsible for managing the commercial execution and performance for our Airlines and MRO Electronic solution business, for the EMEAI region. This position will report directly to EMEAI Airlines Vice President.

- Develop, implement and reinforce aftermarket strategies, for assigned customer segments to drive growth and profitability of the Electronic solution aftermarket business
- Review and approve Proposals & Greensheets (per SEA) and ensure alignment to Aftermarket and Selection strategies.
- Revenue and margin management including the analysis of revenue and margin trends by channel for assigned product lines and working with the business, GBE and functions to develop strategies to address adverse trends
- Support the Business team into business performance analysis, Business Growth initiatives and business cases
- Support cross initiatives through cost and pricing dashboard, pre-approved pricing, R&O commercial strategy
- Assess the product and service needs of the customer. Assist the Sales Team in developing overall global value propositions for assigned products and service offerings.
- Support global channel network strategies and global channel management approaches.
- Assist in the development of long-term product and service strategies based on customer and regional technical knowledge
- Revenue and margin management including the analysis of revenue and margin trends by channel for assigned product lines and working with the business and functions to develop strategies to address adverse trends
- Stay abreast of industry aftermarket trends and emerging technologies and provide strategic guidance and advice to senior leadership.
- Team with CBT and GBE focals to develop aftermarket-specific service offerings
- Support STRAP and AOP development.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant program/business management experience with a track record of delivering successful results across a diverse, global aerospace business
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in the aerospace industry
- Aerospace and Defense domain knowledge and strong understanding of aftermarket dynamics
- Well structured problem solver with strong solution orientation
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environment
- Proven experience in problem identification, analysis and solution development utilizing analytic tools and skills
- Master degree in Business and/or Engineering.
- AOP achievement experience, including experience managing a P&L
- Strong business acumen & analytical skills – Ability to analyze complex business situations and identify ways to simplify
- Ability to lead and influence broader organization to achieve organizational and business objectives
- Experience with deal development, pursuits, and closure
- Ability to think critically and strategically in order to scope tasks and achieve results
- Strong presentation and communication skills
