The Role

As Digital Growth Marketer you will take ownership of our paid acquisition channels and support the growth of Sanctum and Sanctum Digital.


This is a hands-on junior role for someone who wants to learn fast by doing - running campaigns day-to-day, testing constantly, and improving performance through iteration.


You are curious, detail-oriented, and commercially driven. You enjoy being on the platforms, not managing from the sidelines.


You will work closely with the team to translate the Sanctum experience into campaigns that move people and perform.

Key Responsibilities


Paid Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Own and manage campaigns across:
  • Meta (Instagram / Facebook)
  • Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display)
  • Execute campaigns directly in-platform (no agency layer)
  • Monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns on a daily basis
  • Support budget allocation across markets and campaigns
  • Build and execute a clear testing roadmap (creatives, audiences, messaging)


Creative & Design Direction
  • Adapt and iterate campaign creatives (statics, copy, formats)
  • Support the development of high-performing ad formats and hooks
  • Translate performance insights into clear creative direction
  • Maintain alignment with Sanctum’s visual identity and tone
  • Strong eye for what feels right both visually and commercially


Performance & Growth Optimization

  • Track performance across the full funnel (click → trial → subscription)
  • Identify drop-offs and support optimization of conversion points
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable improvements
  • Support and execute new growth experiments


CRM & Lifecycle Support

  • Support execution of lifecycle flows (onboarding, activation, retention)
  • Assist with email campaigns and segmentation
  • Contribute to improving trial-to-paid conversion and engagement


Reporting & Insights

  • Track and report on key metrics (CAC, conversion rates, subscriptions)
  • Share weekly performance updates and learnings
  • Maintain clarity on what’s working, what’s not, and why
Candidate ProfileRequired Skills and Experience
  • 1–3 years experience in performance or growth marketing
  • Hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns yourself (not only via agencies)
  • Basic experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, or YouTube)
  • Strong interest in performance, data, and optimization
  • A digital-native mindset — you understand how things convert online
  • A good eye for creative and design, with attention to detail
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn by doing


Bonus:

  • Experience with subscription-based or app-based products
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Customer.io)
  • Interest in wellness, movement, or mindful practices
