Role Overview
We are looking for a Design Teacher Intern who can design and deliver practical, AI‑driven design workshops for our team. Your role will focus on teaching modern design skills, tools, and workflows while helping team members create high‑quality, real‑world design outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead weekly design workshops (UI/UX, visual design, product design)
Teach practical design skills through hands‑on sessions
Integrate AI tools into the design process
Create structured learning materials such as:
Design exercises
Case studies
Templates
Guide team members on real design projects
Share and teach the latest design trends and best practices
Collect feedback and continuously improve workshop sessions
Encourage and support open‑source design contributions
Required Skills & Tools
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles (user‑centered design, usability, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory)
Proficiency in Figma (interface design, wireframing, prototyping, collaboration)
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Figma AI)
Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
Understanding of design systems and component libraries
Ability to conduct basic design research and translate insights into decisions
Strong ability to teach and guide hands‑on exercises
Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Interest in AI‑driven design workflows and emerging technologies
