About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate master data within our systems. Your primary focus will be ensuring data integrity, supporting internal business partners with data requests, and contributing to process improvements. This position offers a hybrid work model based out of our Loveland, CO office, providing flexibility to work remotely while maintaining a collaborative presence in the office two days per week. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data management tools, particularly Excel. Your work will be instrumental in supporting our operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with data policies and standards.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of work experience in data entry or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a business-related field (preferred)
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems (highly preferred)
- Process requests for master data additions and modifications promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Support internal business partners by fulfilling data requests and verifying compliance with standards
- Assist in identifying duplicate records and cleansing master data during system integration activities
- Contribute to the development of forms, procedures, and work instructions to streamline data management processes
- Leverage analytical tools to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and outdated records
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with branches and other teams, sharing successes and best practices
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and data quality
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager to support team objectives
- Competitive salary range of $18.85 - $23.08 per hour, commensurate with experience and location
