Digisourced Ltd is supporting a client engagement and is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the development of advanced analytics and reporting solutions within a large-scale operational environment.

Role Overview
This role focuses on the development of data analytics, reporting, and BI solutions using Python, SQL, and Power BI within a cloud-based data environment. You will support the creation of data-driven insights and interactive reporting solutions in a complex operational landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data analyses using Python and SQL
- Design and optimise interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build and maintain Power BI Dataflows for centralised data preparation
- Connect and analyse data from cloud-based data platforms (AWS/Amazon S3)
- Create and optimise semantic data models and KPIs using DAX
- Ensure data quality, validation, and monitoring
- Support implementation of security and governance concepts within reporting environments
Required Experience
- Strong experience in Python-based data analysis
- Extensive experience with Power BI, DAX, and Dataflows
- Experience with SQL and cloud-based data environments
- Knowledge of data modelling and KPI development
- Experience with AWS data services (e.g. Athena, S3)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent German language skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with railway or operational infrastructure data
- Knowledge of Row-Level Security concepts in Power BI
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum / SAFe)
