The Role

- Support the collection, organisation, and analysis of data across multiple business functions
- Assist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards using Excel
- Analyse trends and patterns to provide insights that support business decisions
- Work closely with different teams to understand their data needs and requirements
- Help to improve data processes and reporting accuracy
- Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date data across internal systems
- A recent graduate (or graduating soon) in a numerical or analytical subject
- Strong Excel skills, or a willingness and ability to develop them quickly
- A natural interest in data, numbers, and problem-solving
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
