Job Responsibility:
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that impact business performance
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate initiatives and performance
- Conduct deep-dive analyses (customer behavior, product performance, campaign impact, funnel conversion, etc.)
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical approaches and solutions
- Support experimentation (A/B testing), interpretation of results, and recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, documentation, and quality checks
- Communicate insights through storytelling, visuals, and clear presentations
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to present to cross-functional partners
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Python or R for analysis and automation
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and statistical concepts
- Experience supporting Retail, Digital, Marketing, or Product Analytics use cases
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts and metrics standardization
