- Provide expert-level customer support to Danish-speaking clients on cybersecurity products and services via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and queries reported by customers
- Educate customers on cybersecurity best practices and help them understand the features of our security solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical issues using CRM tools
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex cybersecurity challenges
- Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and solutions to provide current and effective support
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage
- Experience in customer support roles, ideally within cybersecurity or IT security domains
- Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity principles and products
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and support platforms
