About The Role

Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with inquiries, account issues, and general support
- Provide high-quality customer service and problem resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
- Work efficiently within a dynamic international team
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive user experience
- Spanish: C2 / Native level
- English: B2 minimum
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
- EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Greece
- Full-time position (8h/day)
- Rotational 8-hour shifts
- Shifts communicated in advance
- 2 rotating days off per week
- Base salary: €1,045.72 gross/month
- Food allowance

- Salary progression:
- €1,100 after 12 months
- €1,150 after 36 months
