This is a high-impact, quota-carrying CSM role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, builds deep customer relationships, and knows how to drive real adoption and retention at scale.
The Role:
As Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of enterprise customers - ensuring they get maximum value from the platform, driving adoption, and identifying opportunities to expand. You'll sit at the intersection of the customer, the product, and the commercial team, and your work will directly shape how the business scales.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full customer relationship - from onboarding and adoption through to retention and expansion
- Drive product utilisation, deliver compelling demos, and develop cost optimisation strategies that resonate with technical and business stakeholders
- Navigate a diverse enterprise customer portfolio with confidence and commercial awareness
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership to amplify customer demand and accelerate adoption
- Build strong, lasting relationships across customer organisations - from practitioners to the C-suite
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities, growing the footprint and value delivered within each account
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally - feeding insights back to Product and GTM teams
Who You Are:
- 3+ years in a Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or customer-facing role - ideally within a cybersecurity or cloud security environment
- Experience working in or alongside a startup - you're comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and building as you go
- Solid working knowledge of cloud-native and DevOps tools and cloud computing concepts
- A confident communicator and presenter who leads with value and impact
- Commercially sharp - you understand retention, expansion, and what drives long-term customer health
- Proactive, organised, and outcome-driven - you don't wait to be told, you go and make it happen
