Optomi, in partnership with a leader in construction analytics technology, is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join their growing Customer Success team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge SaaS solutions that are transforming how construction organizations leverage data to improve project outcomes. The ideal candidate brings both construction industry expertise and a proven background in customer success. The ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically, build executive relationships, and drive measurable results through customer adoption and engagement.

Experience of the right candidate

  • 3+ years of combined experience in the construction industry and construction SaaS.
  • Proven success as a Customer Success Manager or similar client-facing role driving adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and influence at both executive and field levels within construction organization.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, and data-driven decision-making in construction environment.
  • Skilled at aligning technology solutions with measurable business outcome.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audience.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable in dynamic, startup like setting.


Responsibilities of the right candidate

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, aligning company and platform solutions with operational goals and success metrics.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives and field-level teams to drive adoption and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Conduct executive business reviews that demonstrate ROI, highlight success, and identify new opportunities for value creation.
  • Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and develop strategies for retention and growth.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to support renewals, upsells, and cross-functional customer initiatives.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that improve construction performance and project outcomes.
  • Champion customer feedback internally to influence product development and enhance the overall client experience.
