Our platform, Enter RCM, is redefining how providers get paid — automating the revenue cycle from end to end. And with Ctrl Enter, we’re extending that vision even further by embedding LLM-powered workflows and intelligent automation into every corner of healthcare operations.


We’re hiring an AI-First Customer Success Associate — and this is not a traditional customer success role.


We’re looking for someone who:


  • Naturally uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) every day
  • Thinks in systems, workflows, and automation
  • Has strong ambition and a clear desire to grow into roles like front-end engineering, AI engineering, solutions engineering, sales, or product management


This role is intentionally designed as a launchpad. You’ll start in customer success, but quickly gain exposure across the company — with real opportunities to grow into whichever path you prove yourself in.


What you’ll do:


  • Partner directly with healthcare clients to ensure their success on Enter
  • Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support — using AI to scale your impact
  • Use LLMs and automation to draft communications, analyze data, and solve problems faster
  • Identify opportunities to replace manual workflows with AI-driven processes
  • Work closely with our product and engineering teams to improve our AI systems
  • Act as both the voice of the customer and an operator of AI-powered workflows


What we’re looking for:


  • High energy, curious, and proactive
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
  • A systems thinker who looks for leverage, not just effort
  • Deep familiarity with AI tools and a strong instinct for using them effectively
  • Clear ambition and interest in building a career across technical, product, or commercial roles


Bonus if you’ve:


  • Built side projects, tools, or automations
  • Experimented with APIs, scripting, or lightweight coding (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
  • Created custom GPTs, agents, or internal tools


You do not need healthcare experience. We care far more about how you think, how you learn, and how you use technology.

Compensation & benefits:


  • $65,000–$85,000 base + 5–10% performance bonus
  • 100% remote (U.S.)
